1. Individual or series title. E.g. “The Fellowship of the Ring” for a single title, or “The Lord of the Rings” for the series title (one book or series per entry, please. If there are multiple books by various authors in one entry, we cannot properly track votes and the entry will be deleted)
2. The author(s)
3. The current publisher. E.g. “Baker” or “Hendrickson”.
4. The copyright/publication date
5. The ISBN (this is included on most Amazon.com book pages under “Product Details”)

    This is an excellent resource for preparing to preach on or simply pray with the Catholic weekday Lectionary readings. Most resources like this are for the Sunday readings, so this stands out as unique and helpful. Many priests, deacons, and lay faithful would benefit from this, and the Logos-Verbum format would make it accessible, especially as a "home" card. There are Sunday readings in Italian which may also get translated in the future.

    Although it is now getting a little dated, this is an excellent, scholarly commentary. The list of contributors is impressive: Victor Paul Furnish, Norman K. Gottwald, Leander Keck, Howard Clark Kee, G.W.H. Lampe, Roland Murphy, James B. Pritchard, Warren Quanbeck, and John H.P. Reumann.

The contributors are a star cast of some of the best catholic scholars of the past generation, many of whom have now passed away; Raymond Brown, Joseph Fitzmyer, Michael Coogan, Bruce Vawter, John Collins, Roland Murphy, Carroll Stuhlmueller, Daniel Harrington, Brendan Byrne, Robert Wild, Pheme Perkins, Adela Yarbo Collins, and Sandra Schneiders.

    My library has 3,711 results in 2,734 articles in 244 resources for this seminal text. I am incredulous that it isn't available in Logos / Verbum.
