YES YES YES and YES. Actually just posted a question about this in the General Forum. His Hebrew Bible translation with commentary is a phenomenal resource perfectly suited for Logos.

Hi Logos! This would be an excellent resource to have in our Logos libraries. Please consider developing! I often travel to study and wish that I had Alter's works along with me, but I don't use them since I only have print copies. Please consider developing!

I suggested it in the community and glad to find it here. Been waiting for this since it's release in Kindle. Logos would be totally remiss to skip on the best English translation of all time.
