Regnstorf (which completed and improved Thackerray's and Marcus' lexicon with both English and German entries for every lemma in Josephus works [when differing meanings, verse-specific], marks quite a few Latin passages, ed. minors, has names correspondence in Hebrew [in study ed.], and so on) together with the concordance tool would complement each other nicely.
